The Pinyon: stacks of Beetle-Kill Pine butcher blocks!

This picture shows The Pinyon’s beetle-kill pine butcher block table tops cut to length, wide belt sanded, and ready for final finish sanding.  Each table will be sanded to 220, so smooth and soft as a baby’s blanket!  After that we will be applying a clear polyurethane to all surfaces, top and bottom.  This acrylic polyurethane is one of the best commercial finishes available in terms of durability and hardness, and most importantly for our customers, it is formaldehyde-free and qualifies for LEED project credits.  We will be delivering these tables by the 1st of December, and The Pinyon is set to open shortly after that!
